Free Shipping

What does "Free Shipping on all orders (US orders)" mean?  We offer free ground shipping to most orders in the contiguous United States (not including Alaska & Hawaii).  Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO Military Addresses do not qualify for free shipping.

What do you charge for standard shipping?

Our standard ground 2 to 7 business-day shipping is free.  Orders that weigh less than 20 lbs (0-19.99 lbs) we may charge a flat rate of only $5 for ground service. For orders 20 lbs, we may charge a flat rate of $10 for ground service.  For orders over 20 lbs, we will notify you to let you know the shipping cost that will need to be added to your order. 

Can I expedite my shipping?

You can upgrade to express shipping for an additional charge. Free shipping promotion does not qualify on express shipping. You can choose express shipping at checkout. For express shipping, orders must be place before 9 am PST in order to ensure delivery within 1-3 business days. Orders that are places after 9 am PST may ship out on the following business day. Orders placed after 9 am PST on Friday, will ship on Monday or the next business day and delivered within 1-3 business days after that. Express shipping is only available to a location within the 48 contiguous US states serviced by USPS. It is not available if shipping to a PO Box.

How soon will my order ship?

After your order is received, it may take up to 24 hours to ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Normally, orders received after 8am PST will not ship until the next business day. If you order after 8am PST on a Friday, your order will ship on the following Monday.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 2-7 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, & APO/FPO addresses.

What is the status of my order?

Your order status will be available 1 business day after your order has been placed. Simply click on the “My Account” link at the top of every page of our site, and you will be able to view information about your order. If you checked out as a guest this info will not be available, you will need to send us and email to to get the status of your order. You will also receive a “ship confirmation email" as soon as your order ships from our warehouse with a tracking number that you can click on to get the status of your order and when it will arrive.

Do you ship orders outside of the USA?

At this time, we are not shipping outside of the USA thru our website. If you are outside of the USA, please contact us at or call us at 800-991-TREX (8739) and let us know how what item you want to purchase and where you are located. We’ll see if we can ship the item to you.

What if I don’t get my order?

T-Rex Products is not responsible for any item that has been delivered but not received by the customer. If the item has been shipped to the address indicated by the customer, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items. The customer must contact the carrier with the provided shipping information and work directly with the carrier. We will work with customers to resolve incorrect shipments when T-Rex Products is at fault.
