Place a small amount of food in cricket's feeding area. (approx. 1/2 teaspoon for 10 to 25 crickets.) Feeding dish should be checked and filled every 1 or 2 days. Crickets must be well nourished before feeding them to your reptiles. Uneaten dry food should be removed after several days. Water should be provided in a moistened sponge or similar material. Water may also be added to the food, but uneaten moistened food must be removed within 12 hours. Crickets and most other feeder insects may be maintained on T-Rex Calcium Plus to keep them healthy and to nutrionally enrich them as food with added calcium and vitamins. This "gut loading" process enables your carnivorous reptile to benefit from the nutrition of the insect as well as its nutrient rich "gut". Not for human consumption.
